PAC News

We have been chosen as the lucky recipients for the Indigo 2023 Literacy Fund Grant! Literacy Fund grant recipient schools receive funding over a three-year period. 

​

The COPAC discussed the non-profit Okanagan Science Centre in Vernon. We will be looking into field trips to the centre, or bringing them to our school for some amazing science sessions.

May 1 @ 6pm: Carnival Planning Meeting at Lakesider (downstairs); come join us and provide your input!

May 8 5-8pm: HRE PAC Annual Spring Carnival!!
 

Events

   May 8 @ 5pm-8pm: HRE PAC Spring Carnival!
  • tickets = $1 each (# of tickets needed varies by attraction)
  • cash/debit/credit accepted for ticket purchases at the door
  • bring cash for 50/50!
  • Kona Shaved Ice will be cash/credit/debit
  • food combos = 8 tickets 
    (hot dog/hamburger, chips, and drink)
  • 50/50 and Basket Draw winners will be announced at 7pm
  • bouncy castles, face painting, West Kelowna Park N Play, carnival games, pie throwing, cake walk, raffle baskets, and more!

  • Join the planning meeting at Lakesider on May 1 @ 6pm to help us plan out one of our favourite events of the year!
